Importance of Mathematics

The word "mathematics" comes from the Greek μάθημα (máthēma), which, in the ancient Greek language, means what one learns, what one gets to know.

Galileo Galilei (1564–1642) said, 'The universe cannot be read until we have learnt the language and become familiar with the characters in which it is written. It is written in mathematical language, and the letters are triangles, circles and other geometrical figures.

Mathematics is used throughout the world as an essential tool in many fields, including natural science, engineering, medicine, and the social sciences.

Considering the importance of the subject Mathematics in life, we at Intellsis Resources Pvt Ltd have devised Mathemagic for the students.

Mathemagic offers scientifically designed study material in mathematics for students of CBSE/ICSE/State Boards that helps them to develop their analytical skills. It also provides the students with the required knowledge of mathematics. Currently we are offer Mathemagic for students of grade 1 to grade 8. Within each grade, different modules are designed to cover the following key areas:

Concepts and applications of Number Sense and Operations

Concepts and applications of Measurements and Estimation

Concepts and applications of Geometry

Concepts and applications of Data Analysis and Representation

Concepts and applications of Reasoning and Problem Solving

Each grade has a set of 5-8 number of books that covers the entire syllabus of that particular grade (as per CBSE, ICSE or any state board of India).
